Graduated as a student majoring in medicine, Mr. Wen Yonggang chose to be a chef and has an experience in cooking for 20 years. He once served in several five-star hotels such as Shanghai Days Inn Hotel, Shanghai Howard Johnson Hotel, Beijing Crown Hotel, Zhuhai Holiday Hotel, Xiamen Crown Hotel and Chongqing InterContinental Hotel.
